Antique Ornate Wooden Fireplace Surround

A carved late Victorian pine fireplace surround of neoclassical influence, retaining its original stripped finish with rich natural grain throughout. The frieze is centred by a scallop shell flanked by grapes, vines and tied swags.

Floral paterae to end blocks, the shelf sits atop dentil moulding.
