An integrated three bar fire basket is framed with a square opening and simplified foliage panels adorn the frieze and jambs and a sunbeam motif completes the curved hood. Roundels sit to each side below the shelf.
A very attractive combination fireplace that demonstrates design motifs typical of the period. The modest size allows it to work well to smaller-scale rooms and chimney breasts such as a bedroom.
