Antique Edwardian Rouge Royal Marble Fireplace Surround

An attractive antique Edwardian fireplace surround made from Rouge Royal marble, with Belgian black marble detailing punctuated throughout.

This grand and imposing original Edwardian fire surround features carved thumbnail detailing to the top of each jamb which is flanked by black marble. The Impressive foot blocks are also complemented by the black marble.

A simple design that would work particularly well with a tiled insert or larger arched cast iron insert.
