PRODUCT ID: Worsley
This extraordinary chimneypiece was originally part of Appuldurcombe House, once the grandest stately home on the Isle of Wight.
A fine (and still important) example of English Baroque architecture, Appuldurcombe House was built in the early 1700s by John James for Sir Robert Worsley, it's grounds were landscaped by Capability Brown. This surround was held residence in the Drawing room.
