Antique Cast Iron Hob Grate Insert

This antique cast iron fireplace insert is a fine example of Victorian craftsmanship. The piece features a grand arched opening, framed by a delicately beaded border enriched with floral motifs that lend a subtle decorative charm.

On either side of the firebox sit two intricately fluted columns, complete with classical Corinthian-style capitals and ornate plinths.
