PRODUCT ID: BARNEY
An original antique Edwardian fire surround carved from Carrara marble featuring a plain and a bevelled mantel shelf. Thumbnail details are seen on the endblocks. The jambs are articulated with fielded panels and squared plinth blocks, emphasising balance and proportion over ornament. The overall design reflects early 19th-century classical restraint and geometric clarity.
The surround has been gently restored at our Hertfordshire warehouse.
